Joseph-Anthony DiMaio
Mr. Joseph-Anthony DiMaio has been a senior associate with the firm of McKinnon & Harwood, LLC since May of 1999.
Mr. DiMaio's practice focuses on domestic law, personal injury, civil rights and corporate law. He has represented clients in all courts of the State of Rhode Island and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, including appearing before the Rhode Island Supreme Court on a number of occasions. He has represented people before the Rhode Island Commission for Human Rights, the Department of Business Regulations and the Rhode Island Department of Labor. Mr. DiMaio has resolved numerous cases through verdict and negotiated settlement over his 24 year practice of law.
Mr. DiMaio graduated from the University of Maine at Orono in 1985 and from Suffolk University School of Law in 1988 where he was a member of the legal honor fraternity Phi Delta Phi. Mr. DiMaio is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Association; the United States District Court for the districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the Northern District of New York.
