Ryan Kelley

Mr. Kelley joined the Law Firm of McKinnon & Harwood, LLC in early 2011.

Mr. Kelley's practice focuses on personal injury, contract law, domestic law, commercial licensing and criminal law. Mr. Kelley has extensive experience in handling all aspects of the pre-trial phases of litigation. He has participated in a number of Superior Court trials and has represented clients in over 70 different district courts throughout Massachusetts, as well as the Rhode Island Superior and District Courts.

In addition to the above, Mr. Kelley's duties have required him to draft appellate briefs for the District of Columbia Circuit Court and has advised national clients on relevant FDA, FTC and DEA regulations.

Mr. Kelley graduated magna cum laude from Providence College in 2004. At PC, he was a member of the Liberal Arts Honors Program and received a four-year merit scholarship. Mr. Kelley went on to graduate cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 2007. At Suffolk, Mr. Kelley served as Production Editor on the Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy, President of the Irish American Law Society and was a member of the legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi. He is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations.
